My phones saying its disabled can only do emergency calls and that it needs to be connected to itunes, but when i connect it to itunes it says i need a password? i put it in recovory mode and tried resore it but it still saying the same ??

At this point I would recommend bringing it to a apple store to have them look at it and fix it. I have also found youtube as a great resource for fixing things like this.
