You must click on the TC.. in the airport utility and read the message about what the error is.

If I am guessing wrong which big red circle you are looking at please give me a screenshot.

But the normal one people see is as above although it is the TC name not the wireless name that it is connected to.. you might have them identical. You are given some choices if you click on the status list of errors .. eg mine has default password.. it is a minor error so I ignore it.. the error still has a big red circle but the light is green.. I could change the default password to something new. Then the red circle would go away but I like my default.

It stands for 3 errors.. please do what I showed you.. click on the TC icon so you can see the list of problems.

You do have an internet connection via ethernet then I presume.. just means you need to correctly setup wireless and connect to it. unless you are connected to the wireless of your comcast router.

If you need help please do another screenshot showing the 3 problems you have.

It has the number three in it. I will have to call Comcast and find out what's going on. I don't even know what the "3" stands for?

The "3" indicates the number of errors that the AirPort Utility has identified about your Time Capsule.

Click on your Time Capsule shown in the AirPort Utility, and then, click on the drop-down arrow adjacent to the status line. This should provide you with each of the three errors. Please post each of them so we can assist you further.
