Seat have looked at my car and can't find an issue with it. However, Apple cannot find an issue with the phone either. So I tried the phone in another car which is identical as mine in age and model. this car was purchased the same day as mine and the phone works perfectly. Thereby telling me it must be the car. So it is going back to the dealership tomorrow for further two day checks. Lets see what they say now.
I am having the same issue on 2013 acura with iphone 6 ios 9.3.2. After a few minutes, the bluetooth disconnects and connects back automatically after a few section but you don't drop the call. I am reading comments form other people and they are pointing to the phone ios issue, but how about its its an acura/honda issue and not the phone issue. Has anyone seen the same issue with other cars? My acura is still under warranty but the dealer has no idea about this issue. How do we confirm if this is a phone issue or the car issue?
Thanks.
I've had this issue ever since buying my 2015 Honda Pilot in September 2014 and it seemed to get worse as time went on. I've had issues with both the iPhone 5 and 6SPlus. Yesterday, I downloaded the iOS 10 update on my 6sPlus and voila, no more cutting in and out. Hopefully it will continue to work!!
Hello,
I'm having the same issue with an iPhone 5c white, with IOS 10.1.1 in a Honda HRv 2016.
Issue started after I let my wife drive the car. It started about two days ago.
I have only tried to remove all devices from the car Bluetooth and all car profiles from the iPhone.
Turned off car, turned off phone. Start phone then car. and paired.
I'll go for a drive at lunch and see if it helped. I'm hoping it was maybe my wife's profile in the car that was causing the issue.

So I took a drive a lunch after making the above changes.
It seems to work. If it stops I'll post back.
Also note that my WiFi setting are setting "ask to join networks" is set to off.
Maybe you driving by a strong WiFi signal and you phone is trying to join it.

Go into Settings > Bluetooth and forget all devices. Restart the phone, then try to re-pair.
Did you ever find a solution to your issue? Mine still screws up.
Same here.... very frustrating. Shouldn't have to turn off the phone to avoid using the feature designed to work.
I didn't start having the problems others were having until the iOS 8 update and I have a Honda Civic 2013. Any reason why this could be?
Did you figure out how to get it to work? This just started happening to me today and I have the same car as you. Also, how did you get it to read texts to you?
iOS8 update fixed my issue. I could only suggest you remove all phone contacts in the Honda memory and start with new pairing. Good Luck
Same problem here. 2013 Honda CRV. Two different iPhone 6's on iOS 9.01 (also occurred wth iOS 8).
Ypu using iOS 9?
Turning wifi off when I'm in the car seems to solve the problem. Like everyone else here I didn't have a problem until iOS 8 Something.
So how do we report this as a legitimate bug to Apple?
