I tried to purchase an items on apple store with my apple ID it says my apple ID as been disable and so I thought it was error so I logout and sign in but this time its "you cannot login because your account has been locked" If you have any question, contact Customer Support at http:// www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

Visit https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww.

Choose your country.

Scroll all the way down and click Get support.

Click iTunes Store.

Start typing "Contact iTunes Store Support to complete this transaction" and click the suggestion when it appears.

That should get you through to this set of options. Pick one.
