Visit https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww.

Choose your country.

Scroll all the way down and click Get support.

Click iTunes Store.

Start typing "Contact iTunes Store Support to complete this transaction" and click the suggestion when it appears.

That should get you through to this set of options. Pick one.

We're fellow users. We don't have access to your account.

There is likely to be some issue with your payment method that needs to be resolved.

I've asked the hosts to remove the potentially personal information you posted.

Check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions.

If you can locate the payment or subscription then you can use the options to cancel it.

If you cannot find it then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email.

If there really has been a purchase that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support.

You already know that you are only talking to fellow users on these forums, nobody on here can re-enable your account, nether 'immediately' not slowly.

Try all the instructions on this page : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support

And if that doesn't fix it contact iTunes Support

If you don't owe Apple/iTunes any money for purchase(s) its possible you have your app turned off maybe look in settings. I deleted my apps and reinstalled them when this happened to me. However, if you owe apple, it won't install. (I had to wait for 2 weeks to get mine straight).

Don't know if this will help.

I won't to have an app account so I can get games and other entertainment, but whenever I try to get in I have to go through a very long process and then at the end I have to put in a code but I don't know the code so if you can have some one call my phone and tell me the code that would be great. Call at 801-787-7261
