If you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support then you need to do so (these are user-to-user forums not iTunes Support) :
http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
or
If you haven't already done so you need to do as the message is telling you to do and contact iTunes Support (you already know that these are user-to-user forums, we can't help you) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
If you want to create another account (generally it's best to have just the one account) : Set up an Apple ID to use in the iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store, and with Apple Music and Apple News - Apple Support
I've asked the hosts to remove the potentially personal information you posted.
Check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions.
If you can locate the payment or subscription then you can use the options to cancel it.
If you cannot find it then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email.
If there really has been a purchase that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support.

If you mean that you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support via http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww then you need to contact iTunes Support via http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww , not post on these user-to-user forums
Please I want this corrected immedaletky to enable me proceed
You already know that you are only talking to fellow users on these forums, nobody on here can re-enable your account, nether 'immediately' not slowly.
Try all the instructions on this page : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support
And if that doesn't fix it contact iTunes Support
What do mean 'getting different apps' ? If it's that you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support, and if you haven't already done as the instructs you to do, go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
You don't make a payment to create an account, accounts are free to create. If you mean that you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support then you need to do so : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
No, I am not a 'controller', I'm just a fellow user (these are user forums, not iTunes Support). To contact iTunes Support go to the URL that's in the message that you are getting : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
Try resetting its password (and then logging out and back in everywhere) : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support
If that doesn't fix it contact iTunes Support and see if they can/will re-enable it : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
If you don't owe Apple/iTunes any money for purchase(s) its possible you have your app turned off maybe look in settings. I deleted my apps and reinstalled them when this happened to me. However, if you owe apple, it won't install. (I had to wait for 2 weeks to get mine straight).
Don't know if this will help.
I won't to have an app account so I can get games and other entertainment, but whenever I try to get in I have to go through a very long process and then at the end I have to put in a code but I don't know the code so if you can have some one call my phone and tell me the code that would be great.
