I can't download the Adobe Flash 13.

Adobe Flash was downloaded 48% at the first and 50% at the second time, it were interrupped by Safari which was opened. When I pay my bill online at ATT website, the message will pop up " Please close your private browser". Please give me some advices, so it makes my Safari safe.

If you really want to install the latest Flash plugin right now, you can get it here. Scroll down to the Mac OS X section, download the DMG installer, and run it locally. Note that any web browser you're using has to be quit before you start the installation. It seems to be working fine in Firefox; can't comment on Safari since I rarely use it.

You can quit Safari (and most other programs too) by going to the Safari menu, and down at the bottom choose Quit Safari, or hold down the Command key and hit "Q" or, since the Safari icon is in the Dock, right click on it and from that menu choose Quit.

And you can tell if it's running in the background by looking at that icon in the Dock; if there's a white dot next to it, it's running even if there are no windows open.
