I suddenly lost all Contacts on my Mac . . .

. . . not long after getting on iCloud and synching my iPhone with my Mac.

I pulled a variant of the Contacts from Time Machine, but it threw everyone (all 900+) into one pile.

Is there a way to recover this? Can I "push" from iCloud? All my groups are in there.
