cant send email all of a sudden
using 993 yes ssl ticked outgoing box just wont send ? can recieve
MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
Seems to be resolved here in Philadelphia with no changes to settings.

Looks like it's fixed for our accounts. Came back about an hour ago and seems to be stable.
If you moved your SMTP configuration to p01-smtp, it may be wise to undo that change. That's certainley my intention with the various devices I reconfigured.
Fingers crossed that that's the end to this little saga!
Appears to be fixed for me too now. It came back for a short time yesterday also. Hope fix is permanent this time

On my iPhone it is working again. On my computer I have not been able to send for 1,5 days now, I'm in London UK.
I will wait and see,... unless someone else has done something that works?

Yep, p04 is back working for me in CA. I also changed back from my p01.
It's working again in London too but then later today some of my emails, including all the ones relating to this thread, were mysteriously moved to junk or trash. Weird.
Very strange. The smtp server shows as being off line (in Mountain Lion Mail) but the account sends/receives fine. The server is listed with no prefixes (i.e. just smtp.mail.me.com) as it always has been. Even more bizarre I got a notice that the mail.me.com certificate was revoked when I tried to send. I clicked cancel and the message was sent anwyay and I haven't seen the warning again.
Perhpas this is some aftershocks due to heartbleed.
Apple have now sorted this (in the UK anyhow)
How to change server? On OSX 10.11.1 now is impossible to change iCloud server.
