Can I find the creation date of an event in Calendar?
And if so, how?

Hi,
Drag the event from Calendar to your Desktop. Open the .ics file in a text editor (Text Edit will do). Filnd the line starting "CREATED:", this is the date and time the event was made. This will show the time as UTC (basically the same as GMT).
For example: "CREATED:20140127T083941Z" means an event made at 8.39am (and 41 seconds) on the 27th January 2014. The Z means this is in UTC (same as GMT), so you should then factor in how far ahead or behind GMT you are to get your local creation time.
