Phone fell out of pocket today and now the display screen is white. Turned it off to see if it would reset, no luck. Tried to the 2 button reset and screen turned grey. Any suggestions on how to fix?

How long did you hold down the Home and Power buttons for? You may need to hold them down for up to 30 seconds before the Apple will appear.

Sounds like time for a trip to the Apple Store Genius Bar. If you purchased Apple Care Plus, you can use an incident. If not "Money, Money, Money" (For the Lady Gail).

And make a Genius Bar appointment before you got so you dont wait around for hours. If they cannot resolve the issue without an exchange, the ABBA solution will set you back $199 (Assuming you are not in Sweden but in the US; prices vary depending on the country)
