Is apple id same log in and password as apple id? Very confusing.

if you have recently reset your passwor then go to settings>itunes and app store - tap your apple id - sign out and back in - if it tells you that the password is wrong go to appleid.apple.com and click on manage your apple id - try to sign in with your email address and the password you think you reset it for - if it doesn't work you need to reset it again to something easier to remember - a lot of people try to make their apple id passwords, email passwords, etc the same so they don't have to remember multiple passwords - however - apple is super secure so they won't accept a weak password

No, although, if you signed up your Apple ID with the GMail account, that's the username. The password is the password you used to login to this forum.

Did you try to login after you reset the password?

Your Gmail email account password is whatever you set it to be with Google.

Your Apple ID account password is whatever you set it to be with Apple.

Whether or not the passwords are the same is up to you. Resetting one has nothing to do with the other.
