Hi, my Iphone5 was stolen and has some important photo's on it. Is there anyway to re-capture these photo's to the cloud or something should the theif activate the phone?

If you turned iCloud Photos "on" then the photos you took with your iPhone are stored in iCloud, and can be retrieved by using another iOS device or Mac.
