My ipad mini screen had colored lines then went black now it won't turn on

Try reset iPad

Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

Note: Data will not be affected.

i try this method but still my ipad mini still not working

Make an Appointment at Apple Store .

For checking if its faulty they may replace but if its over

12 months old you may have to pay part of the cost.
