!!, i've lost half of my notes and they are so important, i didn't do back up in ICLOUD or Itunes, i need to recover them back ! how can i do that ?? plesae this is really important

If you didn't back them up and didn't have them syncing to one of your email accounts, they're gone.
There is no program, that i can pay money to return it back !! ??
Not if you didn't back the information up. Don't waste your money.
Try going into Notes, then tap Accounts at the top left, and then tap All Notes. You can also try going into all of your email account settings and make sure Notes are switched on for all (green side showing).
