Activation Lock. Purchase Validation

Hello.

I have a problem with activation my iPhone 4S. I have bought the iPhone in a shop one week ago and update iOS 7.0.4 yesterday. After update iPhone has an activation screen and asks previous owner’s Apple ID and Password. I don’t know Apple ID and Password; I haven’t communication with him. I can not use my iPhone 1 year ago. I am so disappointed this situation. Can you help me to disable this function, please?

Serial No of my iPhone is DN******TC0 and IMEI is ***********. I attach photos of the box and iPhone.

Best Regards.

Return it and get your money back. There is no way to bypass the activation lock.

Remove your Serial Number and IMEI number, as well as the photos from your post. Do not post your private information here.

Additionally, according to selfsolve.apple.com, your device is outside of it's 1-year hardware warranty, which means that if you purchased it one week ago, then you are not the original owner.

Apple will not assist you with removing Activation Lock. Get the original owner to remove the Activation Lock, or return it for a refund.
