Problem Bootcamp 5.1 and Windows 8.1

Hi evereybody.

I'm using my mac with windows 8.1, but I can't use the trackpad. I found the new version of bootcamp: 5.1.5621 to upodate the drivers, because currently i'm using bootcamp 4. My mac is compatible but when I launch the setup.exe installation, I have a problematic message: "Bootcamp needs your computer run windows 7".

Any help?

It´s a windows installation, not a pkg for mac.

I downloaded the good one for macbook pro 15 late 2011.

To solve windows issues with mac hardware you have to install windows install packets not mac ones

next time actually read before you dismiss tips

that link is the correct place to dl the latest boot camp / WINDOWS drivers that you would install when running windows
