I cannot change the store/ region from iTunes. What should I do?

I want to change my store/region but it keep saying that my rentals haven't expired yet. Therefore, I deleted the movie I've rented two days ago but I still cannot change the store location. What should I do? Would you please kindly answer my question, thank you!
