If someone knows how to use logitech english keboard to input Japanese character.
I set an additional; keyboard of Japanese but I can't find how to write Japanese.

It should not matter what kind of keyboard you have. Tap on the Japanese Romaji item in your iOS keyboard list and go to the Hardware category and select US.

I changed my keyboard to Japanese then I selected romanj. But now it says English (Japan) and I can't change it.

Are you talking about a hardware keyboard or the screen keyboard?
What happens when you tap on the "globe" key?
I Get to choose english (US), dutch (Belgium), emoji and English (Japan) but English japan is the exact same thing as us

Go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards and remove English (Japan) using the edit button. Then tap Add New Keyboard > Japanese > Romaji. This should make the Japanese keyboard visible when you tap on the Globe key.
Thats tthe problem when i go to add keyboard, there are suggestions and it's automatically English (Japan), I can't choose normal Japanese
Is Japanese missing from the list at Add New Keyboard?
If not, is this what you see when you tap on Japanese?
If things do not look right, try a Reset
