How to I remove macsave adversiting support?

I installed what seems to be a virus by accident. There are a lot of advertisements and pop up ads that show up when use safari. It leads me to this link but i dont know how to remove the virus.

I searched "macsave" in spotlight and 2 files poped up and i dragged them in the trash and deleted them, thinking it would solve my problem, but now i can't find the virus anywhere in my mac but it's still here. Help?

i deleted the macsave file but can`t get rid of that ****. Also got it on http://mp3juices.com by downloading some program

I had the same problem on Google Chrome. I went to Extensions and deleted Macsave. Be sure to enable any of the ad-blockers that you have, mine had been disabled by Macsave.

Removing the extension and adding adblock worked. Thank you sooooooooo much. Such a relief.
