Trying to diagnose a kernel panic

I believe I just experienced a kernel panic yesterday and today. Each time they suddenly came out of nowhere. My MacBook automatically reboot and gave me the screen explaining that it reset because of a problem. I did not save a copy of the problem report but immediately after I reset the PRAM and ran repair disk and repair disk permissions. All seemed to be fine until it happened again this morning with the same problem report. I should also explain that I just upgraded my HD from the included 500GB and cloned it to a 1TB SSD so these problems began with the new drive. When I looked at the problem report, I noticed it said the problem thread was esets_daemon, which corresponds to ESET the security software I run. I believe in both instances ESET was attempting to update its virus database in the background. Could that be the cause or is there something I'm missing? Either way, I'm going to reinstall ESET, I'm just hoping I didn't miss anything. I should also add that repair disk found nothing wrong but repair disk permissions found a bunch of things to adjust, mostly relating to iBooks. Here is the recent problem report:

Instead of reinstallin ESET, delete it. (it is doubtful that you need it anyway) See if the kernel panics stop.

Ciao.

They did indeed stop after I uninstalled it. I went to the support forums for ESET and apparently there is a bug in the new v6 of the software that is causing kernel panics. Most have either downgraded to v5 or uninstalled it entirely. It just happened that I updated to v6 the same day that I upgraded to my new drive so I initially thought something went wrong in the cloning for my new SSD.
