iphone is disabled
With a disabled iPhone due to a forgotten passcode, the only way without a computer and iTunes is by doing a remote wipe with an iCloud account, which will require the use of a browser on a computer with internet access or an iOS device with the Find My iPhone app. If you don't have Find My iPhone enabled with an iCloud account on the iPhone, you have no choice but using a computer.

I really appreciate to all your response to help me to enabled my iPhone, still can not enabled my iPhone. The exact message on the screen is "iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes" unfortunately i did not on the Find my iPhone on my iPhone, there is another way to enabled my iPhone? Thank you in advance for your help.
If you don't have Find My iPhone enabled with your iCloud account settings on the iPhone, you can do a remote wipe.
You will need a computer and iTunes.
