Adding Album covers to mp3 files

I would like to associate an album cover for each mp3 file, as shown on the cover of my iPod box for the Gorillaz.

How does one do this, thank you for your help.

Have you tried this, though?:

Plug your iPod in.
Un-check, then re-check the "chow album artwork on iPod" several times. Eject the iPod, reset it (hold MENU and SELECT for 7 seconds). See if you album artwork is displayed now after doing this.

I hope this helps,

In your music folders you should only have these files.
1. your mp3/music files
2. an image of your ablum cover names "folder.jpg"

NO other files should be in their. no .thumbs, no copies of folder.jpg. Keep it simple and only the music files and the image file called folder.jpg.

The image named folder.jpg should be called that for each album cover in each folder.

ALL THIS IS INT HE MUSIC FOLDERS ITSELF NOT THE ITUNES

This works 100% everytime for me and works for media center and Ipod

I can't get it seem to work either. It looks as if everything should be fine: all the songs on my iPod contain an illustration and the selection box for 'Show album art on this Ipod' in the options menu of iTunes is marked.
As stated, you have to add the artwork to the songs in iTunes, then check, "Show album art on this iPod" in the prefs.
It will not work if you add the artwork only to the songs on the iPod.
