Phone won't take me to home screen

hai! well now my phone seems to not be working...

it all started just today when i was leaving the phone app (i guess thats what its called) and then i couldn't go to the home screen. i tried multiple times but it didn't work.. and i don't really know what to do.. still doesn't work, this has been going on for 4 hours.. someone please help thanks🙂
