If I'm understanding the information you presented, it sounds like you have a new Macbook Pro and you will want to copy the iTunes library that is currently on your PC to your Macbook. Then you can sync your iPhone and your Mom's iPod to it. Syncing only goes one direction -- from the computer to the device. Here are some articles that will explain the steps:
On your Mac, update iTunes to the latest version and authorize the computer to work with your Apple ID:
On your PC, follow the instructions in the External Drive section of this article -- this will back up your iTunes library and enable you to add it to your Mac.
On your Mac, associate your iPhone and iPod to your Apple ID:
The only items that can be transferred from the iPhone to the Mac are purchases. You only need to do this step if there are songs you purchased on the iPhone that aren't in your iTunes library on the Mac.
