My ipad 4th gen .I use Apple ID is : hoangtuapple@gmail.com .I dont know something goes wrong with my account so I restore 7.1 frimware . Right now I cant active to use . Enter my pass they said the usename or pass is wrong . I already use forgot pass and enter new password .But I Cant active it . I have the bill and adress and phone number of this Ipad 4th gen . If the screen is showing someone else's Apple ID in a form like d******@yahoo.com and it is not yours then you have run into Activation Lock. You will have to find the person controlling the Activation Lock and get them to sign into iCloud and turn off Find My iPhone on that device.

No, Apple can't help you either. Talk to the person who sold you the iPhone.
We cannot provide that information, and neither can Apple. You need to contact the person you bought the device from, and have them remove activation lock.
