I have movies that are on my desktop but it won't let me drag them into iTunes so I can sync it. How do I do this?
MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)
You will need to get them into iTunes, or use a service such as Dropbox and a third-party video app. What format are these movies and where did they come from?
They are in m4v and mov, I have a format converter to change them though. And I used handbrake to download them, (they are real movies)
Perhaps the format converter isn't creating valid files. What happens when you try to drag the movies into iTunes? Any error messages? Have you tried the Add to Library command?
