An APP I purchased to sell still has the other persons App ID and Copyright, how do I change App ID and copyright? Can it be done through my Apple Developer account or will it have to be done through Xcode? Also the leaderboard is under their APP ID! I did buy all the rights to this APP.

I would suggest deleting those and recreating them.

Thanks for the quick reply, I brought the APP through an APP broker (Apptopia) and the APP was transferred via them into my account. It appears on iTunes with my name, but the copyright is still the other persons, also when I look at the provisions for the APP in my developer account their ID is still attached.
The copyright transfers to you when you buy the app.

Yes their name comes up as the copyright holders on the iTunes App Store.
