Ever since I upgraded my iOS on my Macbook my FaceTime does not work. I even created a new account and it still doesn't work. How do I fix it?

OMG for those experiencing FaceTime issues after the OS X Mavericks i feel your frustration! I tried everything im sure you all have tried but its by one simple fix I couldnt believe it.
Click on the time in the upper left hand corner>Open date and time preferences>make sure "date and time" is set to automatically. if that is then go to "time and zone" and set that to automatic.
This worked for me! hope it works for you guys.
