My iPad is synced to a computer that is old and can't support itunes anymore. How do I transfer to my new laptop without erasing my iPad?

How do I sync without erasing my current information, I can't used my old computer and my laptop will not sync without erasing my iPad first

If you do not have access to the iTunes Library on your Old computer... or its Backup...
