CTO shipping status says...?

Could you guys do me a favor and tell me what your shipping status says on your CTO Mac Pro (if it hasn't shipped yet). The replacement for my stolen (off the FedEx truck) MP says "Not Yet Shipped" but I thought I remembered the original machine saying "Not Yet Complete" and then "Shipped". So, I'm wondering if something is wonky that I need to call in about as it's had the same status for days.

No, I ordered the standard GEForce 7300 GT.

Basically, I ordered the stock model except:
• I upgraded to 2 gig total RAM
• I downgraded to the 160gb hard drive
• I ordered the Airport/Bluetooth option.

I should also mention that I live in the UK and ordered from the UK store.

Except... Oh, bugger... I just checked again, and my ship date is now back to September 18. That's really bizarre. Either there was a momentary glitch when I checked this morning, or Apple is messing with my mind.

User uploaded fileI called the local Apple store here in SF - lotsa friendly guys. The response was "Country Kit" refers to the type and make of electrical devices needed for the hardware. "Country Kit-B" would be for Mac machines sold in Britain. Straight "Country Kit" means the plugs on the hardware are compatible with American Electrical standards.

If you were visiting England and purchased a Mac Pro there for the intent of using it in the U.S. (and not in Britain) then you would request a standard "Country Kit" package instead of the "Country Kit-B" package which would be the default kit for the British.

Now if you *are not* located in England and your package says you will be receiving a "Country Kit-B" then call them right away and set the order straight! 🙂

Hello Everyone--I've been following everyone's shipping comments with great interest over the last few days as I am also waiting for my Mac Pro. I ordered on Aug. 10. Because I ordered it with Blue Tooth/Airport, the initial ship date was Sept. 8. Just received email notification tonight that it has shipped!! Expected delivery (standard ground) is Sept 5. I was really hoping to get it before the holiday weekend (here in the States). Perhaps I still will. Fingers crossed. Just thought you'd all like to know so that you too can be a maniac and check your order status every half-hour.

Guy--Sorry, I should have been more specific, especially knowing that so many have also ordered the 1900 XT. I did not. Blue Tooth + Airport, larger hard drive and more RAM were the only changes I made to the stock system. I'll upgrade the video card later. Don't know what it was, but seeing the estimated ship date switch to a possible 5 weeks when initially playing around with configurations stopped me (Not that it's all that much more than 4 weeks, but still). Also, from what was stated on Apple's site and from the comments others were making it just looked like upgrading the video card myself at a later date would be easier than installing the new Airport card.
