Battery drain issues since IOS 7.1.1 update

Same is happening to me. Is it possible that all our phones are faulty or its definately software problem?

I did try to remove facebook but the problem still remains

If it's covered under warranty, I would make a bee-line for the Apple store. If they can't determine the issue during the visit, I would demand a new phone on the spot!

Is it possible that there are so many faulty iphones around?

I wish it would be that easy. Hope i wont get a new phone and then after a week i start experiencing the same problem like somenone said on these posts

Prett sure its a combo. Im running an iphone 4 not 5x. I was getting 20ish hours pre update as i don't use it tons.

PS, I'm also having trouble with iMessage texts getting dropped, don't know if that's common or connected.

Right? It's a bit ridiculous. And I'm only using a 4 and I can't stand it. I NEED my phone to last more than 5 hours at a charge. I'd like my full day back.

Come to think of it. I started getting battery issues as far back as 7.1. It was jumping around.

Self righteous for no apparent reason. Your solution had no useful purpose. This blog is for users to share issues, if you cant handle them get out.

Tried all of that and changed a lot but Standby and usage still the same. Any othe ideas?

Still draining like a mf despite updating to 7.1.2 - Looks like I'll be a whole year like this soon. Since 7 first came out.... Hurry Apple, I can here other brands calling me..
