I want to know what is actually Email from apple or not.

that is not an email from Apple. That is a phishing email trying to get your information.

It may not be legit. Rather than folowing the link go the the legit apple site www.appleid.apple.com and then click on manage account and check your info there. The email you received my be a phishing attempt. If you hold your finger on the link in the email and then tap copy and paste the link in as a note in your notes app on the phone have a look what the link looks like without actually tapping on the lonk and going there. that may give you more information on whether what you have received is real
