ckuan gave you the answer. AN ip3G cannot be updated past 4.2.1 YOu cannot install 4.3 on that phone. Whatsapp requires 4.3 or later. The answer is you cannot use whatsapp on that phone. The 3G is obsolete. If you want whatsapp you need a newer phone
