how to turn off keychain pop ups

My computer won't accept any passwords I put into these keychain pop ups. So they constantly pop up and wont go away even if you click cancel 6 or 7 times. Can someone help me to turn them off?!

MacBook Pro, iOS 7.1.1

Here is how delete keychain info:

In Finder, press and hold the key 'option' and click on 'Library' under 'Go'.
In library folder, scroll down to 'keychain'.
Click on the arrow to the left of keychain to reveal what's under it.
Delete everything under keychain,

User uploaded file

Restart the mac.

Voila, you are done.

Why do we need to delete files? There has to be a switch somewhere. Are we saying that Apple wants to harass its customers like this???
