my ipod wont connect to itunes

Hi Matt,

I'm using a new computer to sync my iPod, however it doesn't connected to my new iTunes. My old computer is dead and I have no way to access to my old iTunes.. Is there any way to get it connected to my iPod? Desperate seeking for help!!!

I have the same problem, my iPod 4th generation is not recognized by the iTunes on my new macbook air.

I've tried all the steps found on the apple site.. doesn't work...
