I dropped my IPAD and now the pictures look like they have 3d lighting

I dropped my IPAD 2 in the floor. It has a leather case. WHen I picked it up it would not turn on. Then after a few minutes it would flash on with screen lock picture. I did finally get to turn the ipad off and then back on. A few minutes later it came on but has a 3d look. Could someone tell me what is wrong with it and is it worth fixing?

The Basic Troubleshooting Steps are:

Restart... Reset... Restore from Backup... Restore as New...

Backing up, Updating and Restoring > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414

If you try all these Steps and you still have issues... Then a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) is the Next Step... Be sure to make an appointment first...
