What is the printer's manufacturer and model number, and how are you connecting to it?

Your router is an integral part of AirPrint communication. Restarting it should restore communication.
I already did that when I called the support center but still didnt help

... and what did they tell you to do exactly?
We go thru the settings again and everything works fine. But couple of days go by and when I'm ready to print It'll say printer not connected on my Mac and no airprint found on my Iphone. We've been thru this three times already this is not the first time.
