Yesterday, i Shift restore my iphone 5 (turn off Find My Iphone before).
When booting requice active iphone with my Apple ID and alert msg "EMAIL *** can not be used to unlock this iphone..."
About my apple id, a month ago i change primary Email and vefiry..
Now i can login to both appleid but can not ACTIVATE IPHONE..
Pls help me..

Tks, but i dont known why i reset password with email 1 then link reset sent to email 2. I think for whatever reason it, email 2 can not login with real id of email 1..I'm not a thief

I have the same problem too atm. I called Apple Support and they told me to reset my password. I did this, but I still can't activate my iPhone with my own Apple ID. I bought this iPhone myself and have only used my own Apple ID on it.

If you can't activate, you please try again using iTunes on Pc. And reply me your result.
I did. It also says my Apple ID cannot be used to activate the iPhone.
Did you activate Find My iPhone with your ID?
I'm not sure. I don't think so. And I can't log in to iCloud. It says I have to use an iOS or OS X device, but my only Apple device is the iPhone which isn't working. Although I have used iCloud on this iPhone before.
Take it to an Apple Store.
