How do I get a new email for Apple ID? Forgot password to old email linked to ID :(

I created my first iTunes account when I was in middle school (very long ago). I of course used my email from those days to create my ID. I continued to use my iTunes even when I got a new email, so I remembered my Apple ID password, but have since forgotten the password to my email that is attached to the Apple account. I would like to create an iCloud account, but I must have access to my email to register..which I don't. I have not used that email in years, and would like to switch my account over to my present email address so that I can create an iCloud account to download my music onto! Please help!!
