I do not know why you want to disable your iPod but just enter the incorrect screen-lock passcode, ten times or so, until the screen shows Disabled.
If you really want to recover from a disabled iPod

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
