How do I synch a single Quicken data file to multiple computers on my home network? Using Quicken Essentials (I know), a Time Capsule w/2TB, an iMac, and. MacBook Air.

I would set up the same Dropbox account on both Macs and store the file in there. Just don't try to use it on both computers at the same time.

I use file sharing to access my Quicken 2007 for Mac data file from all of my Macs at home. Once opened on one Mac it will not let me open the same file concurrently on another Mac. The original Mac must close the file first.
Are you using Quicken Essentials (yuk!) or the full featured Quicken 2007 for Mac, available for $15 from Intuit:

Thanks. I've downloaded Quicken 2007 and am in the process of switching over. It's different and will take some getting use to, but I'm giving it a chance.
