How to take screenshots in iPhone 5s

Quickly tap the On/Off and the Home buttons at the same time. The resultant picture will be saved to your "Camera Roll".

I asked this on another discussion this is what worked:

Press and hold the sleep button

Press and release the home button

Release the sleep button

Screen shot with be in your camera roll
