if a phone is for sale on eBay and says icloud locked is it a stolen phone? And why couldn't find my iphone work for me once my phone was stolen?
It can't really be used for parts. the most valuable part, the logic board, is what is actually Activation Locked. Apple has a recycling program; they will give you a store credit for it.
