Green light on charger blinks, turns off, and doesn't charge

My 15" Macbook Pro with Retina Display wont charge suddenly. I bought a new 85W powersupply this morning and it worked fine for most of the day, however it's not working anymore. I tried to un and replug the cord in and at first it the light would turn back on and it was fine, but the light would blink and go out with a few minutes. Now I don't get any results. I've tried other outlets and even plugged the powersupply directly to the wall withou the extention. Still nothin.

Is it a bad charger, or is my battary dying?

Any help is appreciated.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
