Hi, I'm processing an AHT on a Mac Mini mid 2011. The memory test using the Knaizuk Hartmann algo is extremely time consuming. It does not end. And I cannot move the mouse cursor anymore. It is so for one hour now.
Question: is this normal behavior? Thanks.

If you know and can really assure me this unique test instance (Knaizuk Hartmann) takes more than one hour to complete, I will gladly mark your kind answer as solved. I will relaunch the AHT and wait for two hours.
I had to shut down the server machine twice today, because nothing works at that test level, not even the mouse reacts (which is a USB mouse). The problem appears after 1min 39s, then even the timer gets freezed.
Aha.. OK, I have not ran a Hardware Test in a long time.
Yes, it takes a long time for the memory test to finish.
If you wish to exit the test, click Restart at the bottom of the test window.
If your wireless mouse is not responding, try using a USB mouse. (most any generic mouse should work)
In OS X, use the (Command Alt Esc) key combination, arrow up/down in Force Quit Applications box to the failed Application and hit Enter.
It's not a failed application.
I start the computer and press and maintain the D key, then I check for hardware problems.
Everything seems to go wrong when it comes to that Knaizuk Hartmann test.
