Is it possible to set individual future clock alarms?, Is it possible to set individual future clock alarms?

Using Apple's Clock app, is it possible to set single non repeating single alarms in the future?

Today is Wed. I want to set up my next 2 weeks with different daily wake up alarms, so I can't set any and use repeat.

When open Clock, press +, I get the setting window which only has times, no days. So it appears I can only set today and only certain repeating future alarm days.

But I can't figure if I can setup for example:

Thu - 7am (one time)

Fri - 8am (one time)

Sat - 9am (one time)

Am I just missing how? Or does Clock not allow this? I'm on vacation and have different daily wake up time needs.

Thanks

Steven

Yes actually. People are super busy sometimes!! Often we want to write something down and not think and think and think about it! Like a stupid alarm that needs to be set for two weeks in advance bc ppl plan things for later dates than just a week in advance. Iphone seems to give the bare minimum when it comes to assisting daily production. Just enhance the alarm app whats so hard about it!!!!

Ah. But the problem here is, you would then have to turn on sounds for calendar. And what if you have other, earlier, repeating calendar events ("take vitamins", for example) that you don't want to wake you on that given vacation day? Apple really needs to make their clock app more robust and allow specific-alarm-date functionality. The other thing that is special about the native clock/alarm app, is that you can have your sound and ringer shut off and it will still play out loud. That's not always true of things like calendar alerts. How else can we request the functionality we desire from Apple? Thanks!

Given that each day is a different start time, and the clock is totally time oriented how would I set the first alarm?

Maybe I didn't describe it well. Go to your phone or ipad and try to set an alar for Friday at any time and you'll see the problem. There's no date. Just time for the current day. Today. Unless I'm totally missing something I agree with Robdrage, I do'nt think it's possible. Why it's this way is beyond me. That's a Feedback issue, which I'll send.

Yes. I'm actually at a conference so I know every day I need to wake and each is different.

So playing with weekly repeats as a workaround, I see your idea but wouldn't a simple date field be easier?

Now that I see it's impossible. I think the best way is to use the calendar and set an alert. So each day I need to wake at a certain time, I simply create an event called WAKE and set an alert for it.

Yes I don't get the snooze feature, but once I'm up, I'm up. So that will be best albeit it a wast of text on my calendar which I can of course always delete.

Thanks,

Everyone.
