Screen resolution of the iPhone 5 (same on 5c and 5s) is 1136 x 640. Full HD has a resolution of 1920 x 1080. It might work though to stream a 1080p clip from your iPhone to a TV screen capable of Full HD (via 3rd Gen Apple TV)
