how do i stop sharing apps from one phone to another one
can some one please help i cant figure out how to stop sharring my game apps with my daughter

What do you mean by 'stop sharing my game apps' ? If you mean that any app that you download is automatically being downloaded on your daughter's device then go into Settings > iTunes & App Store on her device and turn off automatic downloads for apps on it.
If you mean that your game progress is being synced between them then are you using Game Centre and the same account ?
