It has affected all sorts on my computer, chrome, safari, Internet speed, screen settings.
I need to help to remove all the Malware from my computer and brink it back to the way it was running last week.
A step by step guide would be greatly appreciated...

Looks to be Spigot MyBrowserBar.
Joe, your link goes to Softonic, which is a known scam site. They wrap downloads in their own adware installer, which installs the nefarious and hard-to-remove Genieo adware. Not all downloads are wrapped this way, and they change periodically, so it's hard to predict which will behave this way and which won't.
Please, never recommend a Softonic link again, and those reading, do not download the software from that link!
