is id.care@icloud.com is the real icloud care support account.

Some one stole my iPhone and i use find myiPhone to delete and lock the iPhone. but today i received mail from id.care@icloud.com asking my security question answer.


the question is,

- is that how it work?

- is that the legitimate email address

- do icloud going to delete my appleID if i'm not giving them my security question answer?

If you want change your password, you must do 3 step :

1. must know your Apple ID

2. must know your birth of date

3. must know your security answer


We not need your no.1 and no.2

For lock permanent we just need answer from your security question and that must confirm for lock permanent.


If you want to confirm this is real email from iCloud, you can call Apple

Toll Free 0018 03061 2009


IF until 2 x 24hours not get confirmation from you. your account

What do you mean with the real iCloud care email ?


iCloud is security system by Apple and don't have fake iCloud care.

We know all your data from your device using iCloud. For lock permanent we just need verification for security question.


Sometime people forget to put their device and report lost mode after find it, they remove from account and using same iCloud account


We just verification if your device 100% lost and need to lock permanent.After you lock permanent, you can't use it anymore. The IMEI will be blank and can't activating.


What do you mean for do this online?

You can lock your device with lost mode but can't lock permanent
